I’ve now had 3 separate jobs that use this service and it is abundantly clear to me that they spend all their development funds on the management side of the app with no concern for the employee. From lag to nonfunctional links; a clunky interface to nonsensical instructions, ADP is a chore to use. Each time a new company has hired me, ADP has required me to set up a new user account.
It seems they’ve never considered people might change jobs. My user names are never available because I’ve already taken them. Then I get to repeatedly enter the same information over and over when onboarding. Then, go work for a new company, create a new user account, and go through this insanity again. I’ve created the same emergency contacts for three different accounts now.
